Abstract
Sawarga Glamping menawarkan akomodasi berbentuk glamorous camping atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan glamping. Dengan menambah pengalaman baru, relaksasi, serta didukung dengan letak geografis yang berlokasi di daerah Bandung, sehingga jarak tempuh dari Ibukota juga terbilang cukup terjangkau oleh para target market. Dengan menyediakan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh para tamu, Sawarga Glamping hadir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dengan konsep alam terbuka yang masih asri dan diberi sentuhan modernisasi sesuai perkembangan zaman saat ini. Sawarga Glamping akan memberikan pelayanan dengan excellent service kepada seluruh tamu, bermula pada saat tamu tiba di glamping hingga tamu meninggalkan glamping. Sawarga Glamping membutuhkan biaya total sebesar Rp29,771,802,858 untuk kebutuhan pembangunan konstruksi penginapan glamping beserta keperluan fasilitias, dan ROI yang dapat dicapai adalah sebesar 167,90% dalam jangka waktu 15 tahun.
