Abstract
Terminal blok M yang merupakan terminal pertama untuk perusahaan transjakarta memiliki desain yang sudah berumur 26 tahun, sehingga kurang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna terminalnya di era transportasi online yang menjadi salah satu pesaing terminal, maka dari itu di butuhkannya perancangan terminal blok M dengan pendekatan arsitektur behaviour yang terintegrasi dengan transportasi online. Dengan menggunakan teori arsitektur behaviour dan metode penelitian kualitatif, terminal dapat merubah dan membentuk sifat pengguna yang baru, dan menyelesaikan masalah lainnya yang ada di dalam terminal. Selama masa perancangan didapatkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam waktu tempuh pejalan kaki antara satu titik keramaian ke titik keramaian lainnya yang dapat membantu pengguna terminal.
