Abstract
Kesehatan mental adalah berita hangat dan sedang banyak dibicarakan di Indonesia. Ajakan untuk self-healing sedang menjamur di dunia sama halnya dengan di Indonesia. Self-healing adalah penyembuhan yang tidak menggunakan obat-obatan, tetapi dengan penyembuhan dengan melepaskan perasaan dan emosi yang terpendam. Pembahasan metode self-healing yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengunjungi tempat-tempat yang bisa membuat rileks dan bisa melepaskan segala emosi. Pemilihan daerah Jawa Barat khususnya daerah Pangalengan karena merupakan tempat istirahat untuk relaksasi, dimana tempatnya masih asri dan juga sejuk, berbeda dengan kota-kota seperti Jakarta. Self-healing untuk menjernihkan kembali pikiran dengan memanjakan mata dan suasana tenang yang akan menambah ketenangan pikiran. Kesimpulannya, self-healing adalah memulai kembali diri kita sendiri untuk menjadi pribadi yang lebih kuat.
