Abstract
Creative Hub merupakan salah satu tipologi bangunan yang bergerak pada bidang industri kreatif Creative Hub adalah bangunan publik yang dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung bidang industri kreatif. Pada umumnya bangunan publik harus dapat dikunjungi oleh semua orang tanpa terkecuali, namun pada saat ini masih banyak bangunan publik pemerintah yang belum memadai. Pada perancangan Tugas Akhir ini memiliki isu pada kesenjangan antara penyandang disabilitas fisik(kursi roda) dengan non-disabilitas, sehingga sering terdapat jurang pemisah antara keduanya. Pada pendekatan inklusi ini juga digunakan sebagaia standar kenyamanan yang akan tercapai dalam perancangan Creative Hub ini. Salah satu pendekatan inklusi yang dapat mendukung para penyandang disabilitas fisik (kursi roda) sehingga dapat beraktivitas dengan nyaman di dalam bangunan seperti penggunaan ramp, perbedaan level ketinggian bangunan, lebar atau luas ruang yang digunakan sehingga para pengguna kursi roda dapat berputar, penggunaan furnitur dalam bangunan, dan lain sebagainya. Pada perancangaan Creative Hub ini, dapat menaungi sekitar 8 sub-sektor seperti pada bidang arsitektur, interior,fotografi, kerajinan kayu, fashion, musik, radio, dan seni pertunjukan.
