Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan sustainability bisnis dibidang f&b adalah customer satisfaction. Beberapa penelitian telah mengeksplorasi bahwa beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh pada customer satisfaction adalah service quality, food quality dan price value ratio. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen MERICA”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara teknik simple random sampling kepada konsumen MERICA. jumlah sampel sebesar 83 responden yang tersebar di wiliayah Jakarta. Metode pengujiannya menggunakan SEM Dengan aplikasi SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa price value ratio dan service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan food quality tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Implikasi penelitian menunjukan MERICA perlu meningkatkan service quality dan price value ratio agar dapat meningkatkan customer satisfaction.
