Abstract

Leadership is the main key to influence the work quality employee. Good influence will make good quality of work and of course, bad influence will make bad quality of work. As simple as that. But to reach that quality of work, there are some efforts that the leader must do. The leader has to motivate the employee also guide, teach and supervise them. The leader also need to understand what employees needs such as give them space to grow, make comfortable situation inside the place of work and understand their physically as well. If the leader can masters and applies the things above, there will be no worry to face failure at work. Finally, the employees will respect to their leader and motivated to improve their qualities of work.
