Abstract

Judul penelitian adalah "Analisa Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Reed Panorama Exhibition". Tujuan adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bahwa kepemimpinan akan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Reed Panorama Exhibition atau tidak. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan format proyek akhir. Metode penelitian ini digunakan untuk observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan analisis data dari 55 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Pameran Reed Panorama. Penelitian ini positif dan hasil yang signifikan antara pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Analisa menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan cukup puas.
