Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk FTT via platform online. Faktor-faktornya adalah harga, citra merek, desain produk dan promosi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah orang-orang yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta yang pernah berbelanja online 1x. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli, citra merek tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli, desain produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan terakhir promosi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli.
