Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah bubble tea dan faktor-faktor yang membuat milenial menyukai bubble tea. Para peneliti membuat beberapa faktor pilihan yang membuat para milenial menyukai bubble tea. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tekstur bubble yang kenyal dan enak (56%), Menyukai Bubble Tea (44%), dan dapat dinikmati sambil beraktivitas (40%). Dengan penelitian ini dapat diketahui sejarah bubble tea dari Taiwan hingga Indonesia, serta faktor-faktor yang membuat para milenial menyukai bubble tea.
