Abstract
Duta Kampus Podomoro University (PUCA) adalah perwakilan dari mahasiswa Podomoro University yang akan membantu tim pemasaran di Podomoro University bahkan di dalam kampus dan di luar kampus. PUCA sangat penting karena mahasiswa yang tergabung PUCA dapat memberikan informasi detail tentang fakultas, jurusan, juga apa yang mereka pelajari di Podomoro University, terutama bagi mereka yang tertarik untuk belajar di Podomoro University. Penelitian ini membahas pemasaran, pemasaran perguruan tinggi, definisi duta kampus, peran duta kampus dalam kegiatan pemasaran, dan kerangka berpikir. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dalam metode kualitatif ada wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini akan menunjukkan gambaran umum Podomoro University, peran PUCA, efektivitas PUCA, kontribusi PUCA, pengamatan tentang PUCA. Untuk bab terakhir, akan membahas kesimpulan dan saran tentang PUCA yang menceritakan tentang PUCA sangat efektif, memiliki kontribusi besar, dan PUCA sangat penting dalam memperkenalkan Podomoro University ke masyarakat luas.
