Abstract

Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah untuk membuat rencana marketing yang dapat membantu Pappajack melawan para pesaingya. Seperti yang di ketahui banyak sekali tempat makan baru yang terus bermunculan tahun demi tahun dengan innovasi yang baru. Maka dari itu untuk tetep bisa menjaga papajack sebagai salah satu tempat makan yang terbaik, haruslah di lakukan innovasi baru untuk dapat bersaing dengan para pesaing. Dengan alat Analisa seperti PEST, SWOT, SEGMENTATION dan POSITIONING penulis dapat membuat marketing plan yang sesusai yang dapat di implikasikan di Pappajack. Selera dan preferensi pelanggan akan berubah seiring berjalannya waktu.maka dari itu sangatlah penting untuk mengetahui apa yang customer inginkan dari Pappajack untuk dapat. Dari hasil laporan ini bisa di lihat bahwa dengan menu baru dan fasilitas baru dapat menambah omset Pappajack.
