Abstract
Leadership style in a hotel has a background which is a way that can help improve employee morale within the company, with that necessary way to do to achieve the ideal leadership style by having, with the aim of knowing the leadership style has an influence on the morale of the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Bali and to find out how a leader can improve the quality of employees at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Bali. The data is collected based on distributing questionnaires to employees using quantitative methods that have the results of research that theleadership at Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Bali which has a lack of leadership thatmakes employees less enthusiastic about doing their jobs.
