Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji proses suksesi Restoran Atek, sebuah bisnis keluarga yang telah beroperasi lebih dari 40 tahun di industri makanan dan minuman. Fokus dalam penelitian terletak pada keberlanjutan nilai, pengetahuan, dan strategi antara generasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi langsung, dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan suksesi di Restoran Atek ditentukan oleh perencanaan jangka panjang, pelatihan intensif generasi penerus, serta konsistensi kualitas dan rasa yang menjadi ciri khas restoran ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi yang selaras dengan tradisi dalam bisnis keluarga, khususnya untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi panduan praktis bagi bisnis keluarga lainnya untuk mengelola proses suksesi secara efektif, sekaligus memperkaya literatur terkait manajemen bisnis keluarga di sektor makanan dan minuman.
