Abstract
Seiring dengan perkembangan industri kopi di Indonesia, mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia masih memegang teguh prinsip bahwa kopi yang diproduksi atau dijual oleh perusahaan asing memiliki kualitas kopi yang lebih tinggi daripada kopi produksi lokal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengubah stigma bahwa biji kopi Indonesia dapat bersaing dengan biji kopi internasional. Di sinilah Nggone Mbahmu muncul, roastery ini punya platform untuk membantu mematahkan stigma tersebut. Konsep Nggone Mbahmu yang unik membuat banyak orang khususnya penikmat kopi memperhatikan dan tertarik untuk mencari informasi lebih lanjut tentang kopi yang disajikan. Skripsi ini juga dilatarbelakangi untuk membahas lebih jauh bagaimana kopi di Indonesia memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi untuk memasuki pasar internasional. Indonesia memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan industri pengolahan kopi. Di tengah booming bisnis kopi yang terus berkembang, skripsi ini berharap dapat berdampak pada pengetahuan masyarakat Indonesia tentang biji kopi lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif analitis dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan angket. Dalam hal ini, penelitian akan melibatkan orang-orang di balik kesuksesan Nggone Mbahmu dan cara pandang orang-orang dari industri kopi Indonesia saat ini. Informasi tersebut akan diolah agar menghasilkan informasi yang relevan dan berbobot.
