Abstract
Perancangan sistem isi ulang untuk kemasan pewarna bibir berjenis liptint bertujuan untuk menghadirkan solusi berkelanjutan dalam mengurangi limbah kemasan di industri kosmetik. Seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan, konsumen kini semakin mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan dalam memilih produk, termasuk kosmetik. Untuk memahami preferensi dan kebutuhan pengguna, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan penyebaran kuesioner, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan user testing guna memperoleh insight komprehensif terkait pengalaman dan ekspektasi pengguna terhadap sistem isi ulang. Proses perancangan mengacu pada Fuggle Innovation Process Model, yang terdiri dari tujuh tahapan, dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan hingga tahap eksploitasi, dengan pendekatan yang iteratif dan berorientasi pada pengguna. Hasil perancangan berupa konsep sistem isi ulang yang memungkinkan penggunaan kembali kemasan primer liptint secara efisien dan higienis, didukung oleh desain inovatif yang mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi, serta kemudahan penggunaan. Diharapkan, solusi desain ini tidak hanya mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam upaya pengurangan limbah kosmetik, tetapi juga mendorong perubahan perilaku konsumen menuju gaya hidup yang lebih sadar lingkungan. Perancangan ini menjadi bagian dari upaya mendukung prinsip ekonomi sirkular di sektor kecantikan, dengan menekankan pentingnya keberlanjutan tanpa mengorbankan fungsi dan kenyamanan produk.
